A series of four hand-built ceramic sculptures explores therapeutic effects of sculpting on health-related anxiety. By materialising illness and somatic discomfort into tangible objects, the process offers a deeper understanding for ineffable sensations. The transformation of fear into a source of inspiration and beauty provides a sense of control over intrusive thoughts. The artwork invites reflection on the importance of slow, mindful craft in a fast-paced digital capitalist society.
